THE VAHCDO SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT

Greetings! On behalf of The Virginia Association of Housing and Community Development Officials (VAHCDO), I would like to extend an invitation to you and your business to join us at our 2017 Annual Conference and Scholarship Luncheon. This exciting event will take place from April 25 – 28, 2017 at the Hilton Richmond Hotel and Spa Short Pump, Richmond, VA, 23233 . The VAHCDO Scholarship Golf Tournament will kick-off the event on April 25, 2017 at the Providence Golf Club. Your sponsorship of the Golf Tournament will support the VAHCDO Scholarship Fund which assists children of public and assisted housing in achieving their dream of higher education. At the conference, approximately 200 state and National HUD staff, housing authority staff and housing industry professionals from across the state will hear prominent speakers and attend group presentations and information-packed workshops. Last year, with your support, we were able to raise our largest amount ever! But we are not done yet, our goal is to do even better this year.
For more than 75 years, VAHCDO has been dedicated to preserving and maintaining Virginia’s existing housing resources; improving the health and living standards of the people of Virginia; and developing new housing opportunities throughout the Commonwealth. VAHCDO represents agencies and localities that use federal, state and local funds for the development, construction and maintenance of housing.
