Sr. Program Compliance Officer

This important role will be responsible for all aspects of monitoring compliance with Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) regulations and requirements imposed by Virginia Housing and HUD within an assigned portfolio. This role will provide daily technical support to local housing agencies under the auspices of Virginia Housing in the interpretation and application of complex rules and regulations governing the HCVP, as well as conduct annual audits. This position will focus on the Project-Based Voucher Program administration in addition to Department of Justice (DOJ) and Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) Vouchers.

This position may serve as lead on maintenance teams and on the safety committee.
