2026 VAHCDO Legal and Policy Seminar

Please join us in Richmond December 3rd and 4th for the premier Virginia Legal & Policy Seminar.  This annual event brings together housing authority and affordable housing and program providers, Executive Directors, senior staff, commissioners and attorneys working in and with affordable housing across the Commonwealth, for the latest federal and state legislative activity, news, and policy updates.

Exclusive this year, VAHCDO will be providing an added Procurement Training on Thursday afternoon, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, prior to the VAHCDO Membership Meeting (all Executive Directors are asked to attend or provide a proxy to vote on updates to VAHCDO By-laws and nominees for Lifetime Membership and Distinguished Service awards) from 3:00 to 4:00 m.
