Public Housing Program Only

This training will teach rent calculation skills for both the public housing and housing choice voucher programs. Starting on January 1, 2027 HUD will enforce compliance with all programs of sections 102 and 104 of HOTMA for all PHAs except MTW PHAs and PHAs that are currently exclusively using FRS.
