Salary: $38,395 - $59,512 DOQ (+) benefits. This position will certify building and construction plans for compliance with legal requirements. Will be responsible for laws, rules, or codes research, policy and procedures development, plans review, information and assistance, training, records, and reporting. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field, and over six years relevant work experience. Assistant Plans Examiner
SALARY: $36,918 (+) benefits. This position will be an assistant to the Plans Examiner and will be responsible for reviewing complex and technical construction drawings and plans for compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Requires Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field, and over 6 years experience. Special skills or equipment certification will be required such as State Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, Fire Protection Plans Reviewer, and others.
