Capital Fund Program Training is a two- day course designed to provide instruction on the Capital Fund formula allocation, updates to program regulations and handbooks, eligible activities, program and reporting requirements, how to perform budget revisions, procurement requirements, management improvements, working with professional service contracts, managing construction projects, reporting, recordkeeping, and program close out. There will be training on how to implement development activities that feature use of the Capital Fund Financing Program, Energy Performance Contracting, Bonds and other Loan programs all with the Capital Fund. The training will also feature a information on reporting using Federal Reporting.gov and RAMPS. This training is ideal for your modernization coordinator, asset manager, finance personnel, risk manager, construction project managers, and many others.
This 2-Day training is being held on April 27-28, 2011 at the Williamsburg Marriott Hotel located at 50 Kingsmill Road, in Williamsburg, VA 23185. If you or members of your staff haven’t registered, you may do so onsite.
